Returns & Refunds

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, email info@unwworn.com

within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of fragrance and liquid products, we cannot accept returns of opened items unless they are faulty.

Product Availability

All UNWWORN products are produced in small batches. Some items may sell out quickly or be available only for a limited time.

If a product is out of stock, we aim to update the Site promptly, but availability is not guaranteed.

Payments are processed securely through Squarespace/Stripe/PayPal. UNWWORN does not store or access full card details.
