Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. If we’re unable to fulfil your order after payment has been taken, we’ll issue a refund.

Please make sure your contact and delivery information is correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@unwworn.com.

Prices are shown in GBP and may change from time to time. Payment is required when placing your order and is processed securely by our third-party payment providers.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to genuinely love L’EAUNDRY.

You can try L’EAUNDRY at home and, if you’re not happy with it — whether the fragrance isn’t for you or you simply don’t feel the product is right for you — contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We’ll provide instructions for returning the product and issue a refund once your return has been received.

Customers are responsible for return postage under our satisfaction guarantee unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Our satisfaction guarantee is limited to one refund per customer and is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Cancellations & Returns

UK consumers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To cancel or return an order, contact hello@unwworn.com. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage.

Where required by law, refunds will include the cost of our standard delivery option and will be made to your original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@unwworn.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, photos of the issue.

We’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Delivery

Delivery options, estimated timings and charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and delays can occasionally occur outside our control. If there is a significant issue with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Product Availability

UNWWORN products are produced in small batches and availability may change without notice.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you and issue a refund where appropriate.

Product Use & Safety

Please use UNWWORN products according to the instructions provided on the product and packaging.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for relevant products are available on request by emailing hello@unwworn.com.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our branding, copy, photography, graphics, logos, product names and designs, is owned by or licensed to On the Nose Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

UNWWORN, L’EAUNDRY™ and our other brand names and marks are intellectual property of On the Nose Ltd to the extent protected by applicable law.

Personal Use

Products purchased through our website are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed with us. Products may not be purchased for commercial resale without our prior written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so or affects your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from products purchased for personal use.

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory rights that apply where they live.
