Where We Ship

Right now, UNWWORN ships within the United Kingdom only.

We’re working on expanding to the EU, US and beyond.

If you live outside the UK and want to order, leave your details below — we’d love to keep you posted when global shipping opens.

Delivery Options

All orders are shipped via tracked services. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once it has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery

Standard Tracked: 2 - 4 business days

Delivery times may vary during launches and busy periods.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.

During product drops or seasonal periods, dispatch may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received it after 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@unwworn.com

Returns & Exchanges

Change-of-Mind Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance and liquid formulations, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Once a product leaves our studio, we cannot resell opened liquids — thank you for understanding.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, email hello@unwworn.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product + packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Wrong Address or Input Errors

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

UNWWORN is not responsible for delays or lost orders caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us ASAP — we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Missing Orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of dispatch:

  • Check the tracking link

  • Check with neighbours / reception

  • Contact the courier with your tracking number
